[Fmpro] 1331 isn't 1337

Before the cue sheets, you need to register all your works with ASCAP. ASCAP matches up the cue sheets with the registered works. If you didn't register your works, that could explain why you haven't been paid. I believe you have 9 month grace period to register (but I'm not sure).
