OK So Robert Stanton joke of filing your music with EMI was silly, but  
as someone pointed out to me just now, what is the process for filing  
your music internationally?

Is there an agency or a process or something I am supposed to do in  
order to have my music be on the charts for royalty collected overseas?

I understand that ASCAP is supposed to collect it for us but that they  
seem to have great variations in the money paid in as paid out...

Aside from any issues there, what are we supposed to do with a new  
work that is getting played internationally? Is there some  
international copyright I need to file? Join PRS/SACEM? how's it work?
