Well in my opinion that is beyong ridiculous. Thats just giving up and
saying OH WELL Im going to take a nap. The value of being in a strong
union is to have
the power of collective bargaining
the power of legal action
the power of political lobbying
That is the fundamental concept. If you don't think composers need
those three things then I don't know what to tell you. But what you
are saying to me is that there are no problems that we have as
composers face that are worth bothering to confront or deal with
