     The Anvil-style road case is worth $250 (I have a few custom  
made, about the same size.)  The board itself, well, it's a Peavey,  
kind of like the Five and Dime of audio gear.  The interior is  
modular, and repairable.  Unless you're doing a live show that  
requires two main and two stereo monitor outs per channel.  I'd trade  
it for a four in two out, with phantom power, if i didn't have one  
already.  The board is a dinosaur, by todays standards worth about  
$200.  The road case is worth more than the board.

     It's not so much that I found one in a dumpster, but that we  
live in such a "throw away" society.
