[It comes down to simple supply and demand as in all other areas - music
is becoming a commodity sad to say... Not sure if this is the result of
technology making it easier for many more people  to "make music"?  ]
You can thank people like Apple with Garageband and Sony with Acid Pro
for it. Anyone, I mean literally anyone can glue pre-mde music together
and self title themselves composers, blending with the crowd and clogging
a funel that was already tight for us to pass.  

You can also thank scoring schools who will take "anyone" with tuition 
money and spit them out with a name diploma. 

Last but not least, thank all PRO's and producers who
decided to branch out their profits by sticking every tennage band just out 
of the eggshell into the composer role of a feature film.

Filmmakers are overfed and beginning to spit us out like a used up orange.
