Chris,

The problems with what you wrote force me to respond.

1) I never said I "hated your guts" either publicly or privately.  I said I believe it to be a waste of time discussing anything with you.

2) I didn't advocate free trade in what I wrote today, I merely pointed out that global competition is a reality in today's world, a reality that can only be ignored at one's own peril.  Most people today understand that the global marketplace cannot be ignored, whether it is something considered positive or not.

I don't recall commenting on any of the social or political conundrums you launched into.
