[Fmpro] blacklisted because of PRO affiliation?

Hi Chris -

OK, but when Scripps shows are broadcast overseas, there must be a cue
sheet, and there must be writer(s) listed on those cue sheets, since direct
licensing is not legal in many European countries.

If there are no cue sheets for overseas usages of Scripps shows, somebody's
losing a lot of money, and I can't believe Scripps would let that money
escape... No doubt Scripps shows are showing in Europe, even if broadcast
from America via satellite, etc.

Can you clarify? This is new ground for many of us...

Thanks,

Mark Northam
