[Fmpro] Cue Sheet/Source Music

I am putting together a cue sheet for a film I did.? There are a few source cues written by someone else and I'm not sure how to classify them.? Two have vocals 
but two do not.? Are the two without vox classified BI (background instr)?? To my mind, that's what it should be, but of course under the way ASCAP weights them even the source would be paid differently.? I'm sure some of you have some thoughts.... <wink>
