[Fmpro] Is this plagarism?

Why not ask the producders to make a deal with the composer of "hockey 
night in canada" if there is such a person, so that you can use as much 
as you want? Or, just call that person / organization and ask them how 
they feel about what you have already written. Perhaps you can even go 
through LicenseMusic.com or the Harry Fox agency and license it online.
