Did any of the foreign PROs assist ASCAP in its motion before Judge  Connor 
last Spring, 2007 to obtain royalties from the downloads of music?   I believe 
BMI joined and perhaps SESAC, but I don't recall any broad coalition  of 
international PROs, unless they slipped ASCAP some money under the  table.
 
Frankly, I think that it is naive to believe that ascap is going to  litigate 
this issue.
 
But, don't mind me.  Have Northam or Holden address the issue  with Bergman, 
LoFrumento and Reimer and see what they have to  say.
