Amazing. Maybe  now that there are more and more songs in films, ASCAP will
be interested.

So, how do you get ASCAP interested in the issue, which would  require it to 
overcome it's own stipulation with the Department of Justice,  among other 
things.  The whole thing might unravel AFJ2, which might not be  a bad thing, 
burt then ASCAP wasn't even abiding by AFJ1.
 
I'd like to hear some realistic suggestions on how to go about  doing this.  
Not only on the subject, but in prodding ASCAP to do  anything.
 
Meant to elucidate, not castigate.
