[Fmpro] why does AFM not include composers?

OK Well then in that case, why would the film companies that hire
composers feel any unease about being a signatory for a composer union
than they do already with the other unions? sag etc
And if there was a composers union, shouldn't the other unions stick
up and say hey this is a union job, you need union players
It seems that was the intent of design, and it should hold up to
include a group that hasnt been till now (if!)
